Our area managers received leadership training
Last Saturday, we conducted internal activities in the company in order to train and care for the mental health of our staff. That is why during the morning, Christian Saenz, from the commercial and marketing department gave a training on leadership to all the area managers of Sheridan Enterprises SAC.
At the request of our CEO, Sheridan Dickinson, the company’s top management learned how to be a leader in these times, among other concepts that are basic to manage a team and develop human talent.
Afterwards, our personnel participated in recreational activities such as soccer championships, where they spent a pleasant time among colleagues, reinforcing their interpersonal bonds.
From Sheridan Enterprises, we will always take into account this type of internal events to reinforce the capabilities of our collaborators.
